Regina tile installated large format tile in my kitchen, foyer and powder room. I have nothing but great things to say about their price, service and craftsmanship. What we thought was going to be a stressful renovation ended up being a fantastic experience thanks to Regina tile. Thank you to John and his crew.

I was I introduced to Johnny 15 years ago while renovating my first basement. He is very professional and worked with me to achieve extraordinary results. I gave him the tiles and gave him instructions on how I envisioned the job. He wasn't happy with how I laid it out and with the same material turned it into a work of art by just changing the lay out slightly. Brilliant insight! I was so impressed that when I moved 7 years later and had to renovate my entire first floor, Johnny was the first guy I called. Again phenomenal work was completed and at a reasonable cost. More importantly Johnny runs his company with integrity and gets the job done within the time schedule he gives you. This summer I completed my basement renovation which included a new bathroom with shower. Johnny came to the rescue once again! His worker who I will refer to as the Dynamic Doru, skillfully and diligently hand crafted the entire bathroom to a showroom finish. And he did it with minimal amount of material. I had calculated and purchased the tiles and was a bit short but Doru managed to complete the job without me having to do a last minute run to the tile store. It was literally down to the last tile! Incredible! The shower cement board walls were not even perfectly square but Doru amazingly straightened them out with some tile magic! If you want reliable, reasonably priced work done with exceptional quality and completed on time call Johnny at Regina Tile and Contracting!

Was recommended by a company my Dad worked for, performed below *reasonable* expectations, and tried to collect his payment before the accountant of the GC (the person [my Dad] who requested a competent company) could report the quality of the job done. He does poor jobs and tries to get paid and escape before being confronted for his poor work (him being John Latanzzio [scum]). The job was a kitchen reno involving tiling. Floor tiling has many cracks since (poor spreading below) and uneven wall tiling (my 12 year old brother noticed the uneven pattern).

This company was highly recommended to me; I was very confident in their ability upon meeting with them. But, sadly I learned their staff is incompetent, they have no respect for their clients money. I caught them snapping tiles and taking taking fresh ones as they pleased. Then complained they needed more tiles to be ordered. They insisted on using their own grout which turned out to be the wrong colour. In the light if I look at my tiles I can see all the crooked and sanded tiles. They mixed yellows with whites, everything is shotty. Washroom holes cut too big for fixtures, too small for toilets, uneven in the shower, uneven on the shower floor, not sanded sharp corners.

I hired John (Regina Tile) to redo my downstairs bathroom. He worked well with my plumber. He told me what had to be done in order to do a great job. Two days later all was finished. Another satisfied customer. Will definitely call him again. GREAT JOB JOHN. Thanks.

I was impressed with the level of service that I received from John (Owner) and his team. My original contractor had cancelled on me and I was referred to Regina Tile. John came over to my place on Saturday and seen my dilemma. On Monday, he contacted me that he was sending over his team to begin levelling my floors and installing my tiles. His team was very professional and ensured that the work was done properly. Each evening, they made sure that everything was clean and accessible. I would highly recommend Regina Tile to anybody that asks and would definitely use them again. Thanks again John, Duane, Doro and the team that laid down the mesh & cement.

I was extremely pleased with Regina Tile & Contracting, the workmanship was beautiful. They were professional and cleaned up everyday not leaving anything around. John was very knowledgeable about any questions I had and took the time to follow up after the job was completed to make sure I was happy. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for affordable and fantastic work!!!

I recently required some tile work completed at my home. After a long process trying to find a reliable, fairly priced, and quality tile installation company, i finally came across Regina Tile. The owner, John, made this part of my renovation easy. He did a great job keeping me informed about process and was helpful and easily accomodated other trades.

I was extremely happy with the work that was completed. John and his team were very easy to work with and cleaned up after each day they worked.

I would highly recommend Regina Tile for any tile work needed.

Firstly, the work complete was extremely poor quality. The tiles were crooked and different heights on each wall. The flooring was also crooked and he tried to fix it with grout but the unevenness is still obvious.
Secondly, and more importantly, John Lattanzio postponed the work for a week before he finally came in at 6pm one night (worked until around 9pm). He has yet to return to not only finish the job but fix his mistakes. DO NOT HIRE THIS CONTRACTOR!!!!!

Absolutely amazing quality of work from Regina Tile. John as well as his workers did a great job with tiling our foyer and kitchen. Love the creativity that they included in the tiling work in our foyer. We're very happy with the finished product as well as the way the job was done from the initial conversation right to the end.
