Bill is an amazing carpet cleaner! My wife found him on Homestars and he lives up to his reputation as our carpets look amazing. I always thought carpet cleaning was a standard quality of job but Bill proved me wrong. He is prompt, efficient and went above and beyond our expectations. Thanks Mark for the review. With the great reviews my customers give me on HomeStars, I do sometimes wonder if I can live up to the reputation! I am not a miracle worker and many things cannot be corrected when it comes to carpet cleaning and stain removal. However, that said, as an owner operated boutique business, I stand behind my work and live by my reputation. I clean carpets the way I clean my own carpets. Instead of move-outs, I clean for the people who will live with their carpet.
