I contacted Francisco for a quote, and he promptly responded. He quoted us a very reasonable price for an install of about 830sq. ft. My husband said he would remove all the existing laminate, which may have brought down the price.

We didn't end up going with hardwood, but rather, high-quality laminate, which also brought down the price a bit. We decided to have them install the quarter-rounds too (price of materials included) to make our lives easier.

My husband and I were very happy with the install, which is well done. Francisco's partner Cody (sp) and his assistant were very friendly and professional. Although they did take a bit longer than expected, it was well worth it because of their attention to detail.
