In a short time frame of two weeks they prepared our drawings for our new Royal Medi Spa & Salon, and within a month we got our permit. I had heard a lot of horror stories about the permit process for commercials but Sean Toussi managed to take care of it for us. They submitted the drawings to the city and followed up with them, they responded to additional information requested by the city the same day.

we removed a big column right from middle of the space and they use a 3D software that will let you walk through the space and apply any changes right on the spot before it is built.

I hired Memar consultants for design and building permit of my rear addition at montrose.
Drawing was done professionally and I got respond and call back for all my questions.
we went to Committee of adjustment due to some extra GFA, but they managed to represent us very well and we got the approval.later on during the construction we had to do few revisions and they took care of it in a timely manner as requested by the city. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

We've been using Memar now for two years and he's done a great job with all the drawings. Permits are usually done first shot. As the GC for many projects ranging from garages to resturants Sean will do what it takes to get the job done right.For small additions or garages permits are done in a couple of weeks.

We've used other engineers in the past, yes they can get the permits but when you need an adjustment, change or site visit - its next to impossible - not with Sean's crew.

The only downside to Memar is their office location, since most of our jobs are in the west getting downtown is pain in the ***.

we have a 2 bed 1 bath bungalow on a 25x100 lot which sean helped us design a 5 bed 5 bath 2 1/2 storey home which we felt was near impossible to get approved by the city. We went through committee of adjustments (had 6 unhappy neighbours show up) which Sean attended and represented us VERY well. At the end of that meeting Sean helped us get approved for a 2600 sqft home which is 1.05 of our lot size! Simply amazing job by Memar Design. We definetely will be using Sean again in the future and would also recommend his services to anyone!

i had a sitaution wher i was waiting for building permit in the afternoon and the city officer demand some changes in the layout plan and i contact mr sean toussi for rewite the plan with the changes and he gave a complete attention and send me a email of the drawings with in an hour and i got my permit same day. this all happend friday afternoon wher office was about to close for long weekend.
