An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
We had a leak in our basement and after the interior waterproofing about 15 linear feet of wall needed to be replaced as well as tile. Also our stairs needed a new landing and steps down. My husband and I had Jerson come in and give us a quote on doing the repair work and a few custom made doors and staining. He explained exactly what he would do and how long it would take. We trusted him and liked his price so we gave him the job. He told us it would take 3 weeks or so to start as they were currently booked up and we agreed. To our delight it only took them 2 weeks to start the work. Their staff was cordial and professional. When replacing some tile work over the cement installed by the waterproofing company, Jerson’s tiler broke out a high area and re-laid the cement before laying the new tile to ensure a flat aesthetically pleasing job. During the course of the project there was a dent cause in our aluminium outside when unloading material and Jerson informed us immediately. Jerson called in an aluminium company right away and within a few days the piece was brand new at no cost to us! They cleaned up daily and even gave us a rebate at the end of the job in exchange for unused material we had purchased! We will definitely recommend you to friends and family.
