An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
When we called Estezo Estates out for a quote on our basement, Jerson arrived promptly and with lots of helpful info and ideas. My wife and I knew from the get-go this company has the knowledge and experience to get renovations done right.
The job took longer than originally planned but they kept us updated on their progress. Their staff is not only good at what they do, but friendly too! Our built-in media center is AWESOME!! Everything looks great and we have the peace of mind that it was done right.
Attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right were keys to our satisfaction. Not everything was perfect the first time but Jerson was committed to ensuring that we were happy. From day one to the last day of effort he stuck to the originally quoted price so we knew the budget was never going to be an issue.
We now have a basement that looks like it belongs on the main floor, it's better than we ever imagined it would be. Thanks to the whole crew at Estezo Estates.

The "jackson basement" was the first job Estezo Estates Inc. under-took which involved taking two separate living levels of the home and merging them into the same space. We cut open there living room floor above their unfinished basement, reifnorced everyhting and then finished both the basement and the main floor. The result speaks for itself. Lovely oak flooded with sunlight from the baywindows in the living room. If anyone has dingy garage/laundry room stairs and wants something fancy for their guests this is a great idea.
