All of the above was not working. Poor communication, not returning calls. Plumber took personal calls, walked through my house while on a personal call. Walked into spare bedroom, Kitchen. Did not take his shoes off, was rude and said that perhaps my boyfriend should have been able to complete this "easy" job, and that perhaps i should find a new boyfriend. overall i felt insulted and that he was VERY unprofessional. He came unprepared for any repair work. rather he tried to fix the problem, which caused another issue further down the pipe, and he told us it would be 2 weeks to repair this new issue.
