Due to our previous range hood didn't installed properly so that cause the kitchen smell/smoke remain inside the house. We were so lucky to have Adrian and his partner came over to fix the problem. They are super professional. The task was done perfectly!

The contractors came and changed out the furnace to a high efficiency Ameristar. They also changed out the old hot water tank with a new one. Both Adrian and his partner were polite and extremely patient with explaining how to use the furnace and how to change check and change the filter. The work they did was exceptional as they also fixed a previous contractors screw up.

I would hire them again anytime and will call them for any further required maintenance.

The contractor came asap as our furnace blew and leaking everywhere. A new boiler had to be ordered but wouldn't arrive until the next day. They cleaned up and came back the next morning and replaced it quickly. The installer did a follow up the next day to make sure everything was ok. Great care andgave us the best price they could. They made a stressful situation as painless as possible. Highly recommend.

A co-worker recommended us to Arrow Kirk after we were told by BC Furnace that our furnace was cracked and no longer safe to use and we had no choice but to buy a new one. We were so happy to have a second opinion on our furnace by Arrow Kirk. The sales/service man they sent was very knowledgable and honest. Instead of just selling us a new furnace, he asked if he could inspect our old one to make sure that the previous diagnosis was correct. After taking off the front plate to access the heat exchanger he asked me to take a look for myself. There were no visible cracks in the heat exchanger just as he expected. He then reconnected the furnace, fixed the fan bearing (the original complaint), and completed a full furnace service. Afterwards, he ran a complete carbon monoxide test for 15mins to confrim that there was no carbon monoxide leakage, contrary to the previous service man from BC Furnace who failed to perform this. He was very thorough and we've had no problems with our furnace since. I'd recommend Arrow Kirk for their great workmanship and reliability.

We've had a new furnace installed and later serviced (the first year was no charge) and had a hot water heater installed by Arrow Kirk this year. They are a ten out of ten for price and service.

The installers arrived on time for the service call, (calling just before they arrrived). They did the work professionally, cleaned up and were gone very quickly. The installer called the next day to make sure everything was running well.
