Drain Services review in Toronto

We had a kitchen sink which wouldn't drain. We called Bosco, who sent a technician. The technician looked at the drain, and concluded that the pipe had to be "snaked". Unfortunately, the technician wasn't able to solve the issue, but still charged us $500. When we contacted the company in the following days, they apologized, offered to send another technician and refunded the entire $500. Satisfaction is guaranteed with Bosco.

Drain Services review in Toronto

We had a kitchen sink which wouldn't drain. We called Bosco, who sent a technician. The technician looked at the drain, and concluded that the pipe had to be "snaked". He then spent 30 min explaining the various home maintenance programmes they offer. At some point, we forcefully asked him to let go on the maintenance plan selling, and that our only issue was the clogged drain. He then had us sign a $500 work order and spent 30 min "snaking" the drain, to conclude that the problem was elsewhere. He offered to come back the next day for $1,200 to open the walls and find the issue. At this point, we asked him to leave. The next day, another plumber came and found the issue in less than 20 min (a rusted connection) and changed it for $150.
