Drain Services review in Mississauga

Bosco has very friendly, prompt service and my kitchen drain was cleared satisfactorily. My issue was that the pricing they discuss in their ads and online is not very clear. The service manager contacted me and addressed the issue, which I appreciate very much. The fact that they would take the time to follow up shows me that they care about keeping their customers happy.

Bosco has very friendly, prompt service and my kitchen drain was cleared satisfactorily. My issue is that the pricing they discuss in their ads and online is not very clear. I was quite surprised at the price quoted to me once on site. That price might be reasonable in comparison to other service providers, and if it is, why be vague and unclear in your advertising? The target audience of those ads is not people who are experts in plumbing. It's not likely intentional, but why not be more transparent, especially when good service will win you more business. For this reason, I would not call upon Bosco again or recommend them.
