I requested a rep from the company to come out to quote on a backflow preventer as we suffered the sewer back-up of July 8th 2013.
We have our quote ready to go for the replacement of our basement floor, however we need to have the backflow preventer installed prior to having flooring done so need to have it done as soon as possible.
Bosco dispatched two technicians ( Wade & Mike) same day and was able to have them meet with our contractor.
They gave a fair price and scheduled the job to be done in two weeks.
Both were very polite and informative.
I will post the results in two weeks.
