I have not paid all the charges yet due to the absolutely terrible experience with this company. They did not meet the requirements of our contract - not even close. If you hire this company to downsize e.g.
for elderly parents - keep a very close watch. I gave detailed instructions for what was to be done. It is apparent they didn't even
read them. There were three things to do - pack up items to go to our new home, put items in place for an online auction and donate or discard what was left. This DID NOT HAPPEN.. I couldn't possibly give all the details here - not enough space. Just remember BUYER BEWARE.
