I had bought a 2 ½ story Century Home in Newmarket that still had knob and tube wiring in almost half of the house, plaster walls everywhere and a lovely 1950’s Kitchen with about 4 layers of floor.
As soon as Richard saw what needed to be done he put us at ease by explaining everything in detail, all the steps that would be taken but very simply.

There was a lot of planning that needed a lot of fine detail.
We feel that Jennifer was perfect, she showed us all the different things we could do with the space we had, and help us decide how the whole thing would look when it was done.
And that’s exactly what it ended up looking like.
In a job like ours there were many decisions that needed to be made in a very short time. Both Jennifer and Richard were always there to guide us along, to give us all the options that were available to us so we could really make it, our home.

All the different crews that came to work on our house were always, on time, very clean and polite. The day to day debris, dust and garbage was a lot less than I ever thought it would have been.
We found any day to day difficulties that would come up,(and they do) were dealt with by Richard or Jennifer very, very quickly.

AND...... the job came in on budget, we liked that!

I have recommended Jennifer and Richard to my sister and 2 friends, and will do it again.
