We are overwhelmed by the professionalism of the team of installers. Although your above questions cover most of our comments, I still feel it necessary to put it in words. We have already recommended your product to interested friends. We have expresses our delight with the windows themselves but I always add about the professionalism of the work crew. We have nothing but rave reviews to give. The office staff has always been polite and friendly when called. If they cannot answer our question, they research it and get right back to us. Another great install!! Dave and Wayne were very friendly while being professional. The inside of the house was cleaned of debris. A clean, efficient install of multiple windows and a patio door. All of your installers should follow Dave's example. Great price, great product and an even better installer!
After many attempts with the office to book a service call, Dave was dispatched. The service call by Dave to make the kitchen window level and to replace a broken latch went well. Dave continues to be an asset to the company. Another service call required however because of another faulty latch.

They were very respectful and made sure everything was done correctly and even asked my opinion on certain things,friendly and would gladly have them back when I replace the other windows and doors

We couldn't be more pleased with the full process of purchasing and installation of our 2 new Landmark Windows. These were the final 2 that we needed to finish off our home and they were the 2 biggest - Full Kitchen Picture/Sliders & Main Living Room Bay...a large investment. Both Jim Walsh (Sales) and John Klassen (Installer) were great! They were very pleasant, honest and personable - which made us feel this purchase was the right choice. These are the best windows we've purchased (along with ones from the same company over 10 yrs ago) and the craftsmanship of the install is outstanding, second to none...and we pay close attention to detail. We were concerned that we would never find the company (name changed) that put in our 2 children's windows over 10 yrs ago...but after our meeting with Jim Walsh, we were ecstatic to discover we'd found the same windows again!!

The only thing in the survey that I'm not confident about is the Logos on the vehicles/clothing - I am just unsure and was on my way out to work so I was somewhat preoccupied. But I do know the sign was placed before any work commenced.

Another pleasant experience, this is Randy's second installment here. Highly pleased with the windows. Cleaned up the site so well that you would never know he was here. We will be installing more windows as finances permit. Hopefully our same installer will return.

The Installer Dave Boucock is an excellent & safety- conscious worker, who does his work diligently. Kindly refer to my email to Enzo Bolzon dated Feb 15th, 2012. We would not hesitate to introduce Landmark Home Solutions to our relatives & friends as well as encourage them to request for Installer Dave Boucock. His mission was accomplished within 7 hours! He certainly deserves not only a pat on his back but an incentive-bonus!

I have been very well pleased with my first Landmark window purchase & installation back in November 2010. I know I will be very pleased with 3 more Landmark windows... The installation & cleanup was A-one. John Klassen & his wife, did a super job, regardless of the inclement weather...

The installers were very professional and answered all of our questions. I would recommend these two guys to any person. Joe and Adrien knew what they were doing. We were very pleased with the work that they did for us. The windows were not mesured the right size , to fit the window openings.They had to fill them in with insulation.We were very disappointed with that as now we don't have the same glass size.I belive that the factory took the salesmen sizing, not the contrator measurements, as they came and remeasered and made the adjustment.The contractor did the very best job they could with the windows that they have. The windows seem to be good , but winter hasn't come yet, we live were the wind can gust a lot. I hope that the insulation around the windows will keep out the wind, as we didn't have any problem with the old windows in this way.

Very impressed with the installer, being that the person who did the measurements did them wrong, so obviously the doors, winds etc including the custom built front door was cut from the bottom instead of the top, meaning my door handle is 5 inches too low, making the appearance not very professional looking. It had nothing to do with the installer as the door was installed before the handle and knob were. I am hoping that this will somehow be looked after.
