An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
The installers were very professional and answered all of our questions. I would recommend these two guys to any person. Joe and Adrien knew what they were doing. We were very pleased with the work that they did for us. The windows were not mesured the right size , to fit the window openings. They had to fill them in with insulation. We were very disappointed with that as now we don't have the same glass size.I belive that the factory took the salesmen sizing, not the contrator measurements, as they came and remeasered and made the adjustment. The contractor did the very best job they could with the windows that they have. The windows seem to be good , but winter hasn't come yet, we live were the wind can gust a lot. I hope that the insulation around the windows will keep out the wind, as we didn't have any problem with the old windows in this way.
