I had salesman come in,measure the windows and told 6 weeks to install. This part of process all went well. Approx 3 yrs later, all the window cranks failed. When the salesman had come, he said how box store windows didn't have the quality of their window cranks. During the winter months,we felt drafts around our large front window, installer had used very little spray foam and the window sill got wet, and bubbled. I called for warranty on both items. After waiting a month, a service rep showed up, replaced cranks and adjusted the windows. He said the installed would have to come back to repair the sealing issue. Called the office, the person I was dealing with said, not her dept, I have to call another dept. I called, left a message on an answering machine. No response for a week, called back, same issue. I would not recommend landmark windows, poor follow-up, and at the end of day, poor installation.
