I had connected with Landmark to get windows and a patio door replaced. We had an appointment scheduled for a salesman to come to the house to give us a quote. Due to some unforeseen circumstances I had to cancel the appointment. I had called Landmark and left a voicemail (no answer) advising that I would need to reschedule and to call me back . Thankfully I had the salesman's number and reached out to him to advise that I needed to reschedule. He was nice and wished me a great weekend. As of writing this, it has been 2 weeks since I called them about rescheduling. No one has contacted me or even attempted to contact me about getting an appointment. I am very disappointed in this and have since gone to someone else who wants the business.
