Old West did a great job on our windows. We replaced the basement and bedroom windows, 6 in all. They were punctual, professional and friendly. We initially chose them based on both the reviews and the cost (not the least expensive, but significantly less than the "bigger" names we got quotes from). They were also the only ones to recognize some of the issues we are going to have when we replace our large front window, and even started to think of ways to address the issues, which gave them an extra star in my book - the other quotes just glossed over the issues, if they noticed them at all. I can't wait to have Old West back next year to tackle it!i also liked that they didn't try to upsell, just focussed on what we needed. Since the new windows have gone in, I've definitely noticed an improvement with sound and temperature.

Old West installed our patio door a full two weeks ahead of schedule. When we discovered the screen had a rip and the alarm sensor had been damaged, they came out right away and fixed both, no problems. Super friendly!

We had both our front and back doors replaced this April. It was a great experience from start to finish. Everything was on time and finished on the estimate. I was concerned as we have tile that needed to be trimmed back to accomodate the new doors. The crew were aware of our concerns and did a great job leaving the tile in perfect shape.

Beautiful door, great install. On time and on budget. Insert needed to be replaced, which was done in a few days. Too bad, the installers left it to me to notice the problem and point it out though.

We added a window to our Bi-Level basement above the foundation and they did a great professional job and we love all the brightness it adds to our room. Would definitely use them again.

Service was second to none. The guys showed up on the day they said they would. We changed 3 windows that day and they finished before noon. The finish work they did was better than I expected. The triple pane windows have really made a difference to the warmth of our home and I barely hear noise from outside. We would recommend Old West Windows and Doors to anyone.
