Our home network was not working out for us for quite some time. We had reached out to our ISP, purchased other hardware and thought this was the best it could be without having to do a reno and new wiring in the house (which was not in our plans right now).
With both the husband and I working from home a lot, we were very frustrated with frequent disconnections and general connectivity in the basement and other parts of our home.
I reached out to Max after reading reviews on this site. He responded quickly and we had a phone call to assess the issues and what hardware we needed. He provided me with a shopping list of things (and offered to get them himself, with no markup to the hardware cost) and scheduled a date for him to come by. Max arrived and assessed the network set-up, decided which of the new hardware items were necessary for us and thoroughly tested everything once complete. We are so happy - we have had this new set-up resulting from Max's expertise for over a week and absolutely no problems at all.
