Monica did a great job cleaning my home. She always goes above and beyond and I really appreciate her work. It is obvious that her standards are high and she strives to excell.

Donna and Macey did a great thorough job thru out the house. Feels great to have a fresh clean home and no dust on baseboards is awesome !!! I would strongly recommend Mona Home and Office Cleaning !

We had Monica return for a routine clean today. Monica did a wonderful job. Everything smelled so fresh and looked so sparkly afterwards. What a treat to come home to!

We are very happy with Mona Cleaning service at CDLSI. We have Gloria as our cleaner and are pleased with the cleaning provided. She does a thorough job cleaning our staff kitchen and front entrance. I would definitely recommend her services to others.

Donna again did a fantastic job, as she does every week, even going so far as to put up new shower curtains for me. She does a fantastic job every week; on time, efficient and friendly. Highly recommended.

I hired Mona cleaning as my brother has used them for many years. After many changes of appointments (due to both sides), they finally arrived. This was for the "Superior Cleaning". Two women spent four hours in my house. Upon the "walk through" I didn't notice the skipped parts. The backsplash behind my stove, the kitchen floor, all the cobwebs around the ceilings, my fireplace hadn't been touched. There was a lot to do, which is why I hired a cleaning company to begin with. As I was walking up my basement stairs into the kitchen I saw all sorts of cobwebs under the kitchen table.
So, no, I would never hire this company again, and no, I would never recommend them.
I did ask for a refund and was instead offered two more hours of cleaning. They couldn't accommodate my hours, so that was never arranged.
This was my first experience with having someone clean my house.
Not impressed, quite the opposite actually.

Had a superior clean (deep clean) by Monica and Kylee and could not be any happier with the wonderful cleaning job. They stayed longer than the appointed time and cleaned my house meticulously and now looks brand new! I would highly recommend this cleaning company especially Monica and Kylee for a job well done.

After my last encounter with the cleaning company I was a bit skeptical. I decided to give it a try and I've been very happy with the result so far. First of all Mona's are very organized and send you a reminder of your cleaning appointment. Second, usually you have one person who contacts you and knows about your needs and appointments. I decided to go with the Essentials service and I am very pleased. I never liked the idea of people doing my laundry or replacing my sheets so Mona's service was a good fit. I warned them from the beginning that I have a small dog at my apartment so they send me Donna. She is amazing, my dog bonded with her right away and I know that even if I leave her when the cleaner is coming I can trust that both of them will be fine. Finally, the cleaning results, I couldn't be happier. No complains or remarks, she understood what needs to be done right away - a real professional.

Nori and Kylee came to my house October 30th and they did a fantastic job. Very good cleaning, spotless. Good attention to detail. We are happy with their cleaning. Thank you!
