After a very long renovation process, we decided to do one "whole home" cleaning before guests arrived from out of the country. We had used Homestars before for a drain issue and were very happy with the result, so we used the website to find a cleaning company.

The company representative was flexible and worked hard to accommodate our last minute requests.

The LUX team did a great job with a very large project. They came in with very clean cloths, and used eco friendly products with no strong chemicals or odours. They got into all the small corners, de-dusted, cleaned, polished, scraped, buffed, detailed and created an eco-healthy environment for our family. They even cleaned the windows so everything was sparkling and fresh when they left. They were professional, courteous and hard-working and took pride in a job well done. Their positive, polite attitude was impressive.
Everything was checked by the company's representative, after the job was completed and he personally, supervised little touch-ups here and there. Very impressive!

Overall, we were extremely pleased and would definitely recommend LUX for post-renovation cleaning or any cleaning that you would need in your home. It was A REAL TREAT for the work to be done for us and we would use them again for another TREAT and RELIABLE CLEANING!

I invited LUX to detail our kitchen, bathrooms, master bedroom, family room and hallways and lightly clean the living room and dining room in our home. The team was friendly and hardworking and went to great lengths to detail clean everything they came across. I was working from home that day and the kids were enjoying one of the last weeks of summer holidays with friends over for a swim. The LUX team worked around us and we felt comfortable having them work away while we enjoyed our home. Before I hired LUX Cleaning Services, my condo was extremely dirty and dusty - heck even the windows were hard to see through! I hired the LUX team to detail clean my condo for my new tenants and am pleased to let you know they surpassed my expectations.
Wow! Everything sparkled! All the windows and framing were spotless and the steam cleaned carpets were brought back to life. I am writing you this letter to let you know what an outstanding job your company LUX did cleaning my house. Beginning with the DEEP CLEAN, which as you promised would touch every aspect of my home. From the crown moldings to the top of the doors to the baseboards, hardwood floors, light switches, shower grout, window blinds, the list goes on and on. Everything not only was clean but it SPARKLED! I was so excited to come home to what felt like a brand new home!

I've used Lux for both Deep Cleans and Maintenance Cleans. They provide a different level of service than all of the other cleaning people or companies that I have used over the last fifteen years. I immediately noticed areas of my house that had been cleaned properly for the first time: stair risers cleaned of all scuffs, dining chairs scrubbed clean, light fixtures and chandeliers sparkling. All the marble in my bathrooms were buffed to a brilliant shine...
... no marks even with full sunlight streaming in. I am notoriously clean and have never really been completely satisfied with any cleaning person...but each time the folks from LUX left my house it was the cleanest it had ever been. I really had no idea what to expect. LUX cleaned areas in my home that I have not cleaned since I moved in. I feel like I have a new house again. They used the newest and most innovative cleaning equipment and the employees were courteous, unobtrusive, and moved about my house with very little disruption to my routine.
