Lux Cleaning

It's been a year since our last professional cleaning. I wasn't satisfied with the last place I tried, so I chose Lux based on the Homestars reviews. I was really impressed with Lux. Al was quick to call back and work out a time. The cleaners, William and Katrina, showed up early and were both pleasant and professional. The cleaning products were natural and left no odours behind. They made sure to address all the jobs that were on my priority list, but took care of a few extras too. e.g. when they cleaned the fridge and freezer, they also organized it, so that I now have lots more useable space. All in all, a great job that was worth the money and I would definitely recommend them.

Lux Team came to my place on time and did okay job. After the team had left, I found areas on my windows and fridge that were not properly cleaned. I emailed Al and expressed my concern. He contacted me the same day and offered to come to my place to inspect. Al came to my place around 6:30pm and stayed until 9pm to clean windows and fridge. I was impressed with how my feedback was considered and followed through. I recommend Lux to anyone because I know if the cleaning team misses something, Al will fix it!!!

This is about as clean as it gets. Very impressed with the bathroom (no more rusty water droplet stains!) and kitchen areas. Floors really look great and feel great to walk on. They managed to turn the area rug for me too. They got a lot done in four hours. It's so clean I can actually have people over again!

Your team did an incredible job! I can breathe without sneezing or having sore sinuses from drywall dust, I'm pretty sure I could use my kitchen sink as a mirror and my bathtub/tile looks brand new (to name but a few).

I recently received a gift certificate for Lux cleaning and had them clean my home. This is the first time I’ve experienced a professional cleaning company so I didn’t know what to expect. I usually don’t write reviews on companies but after my interaction with the owner and the highly professional team of cleaners at Lux, I just had to do something. Al suggested writing in to Homestars. Other than an incredibly clean home, some of the highlights were bathroom tiles that looked like new (after years of calcium and soap film build up), perfectly gleaming floors, and everything was straightened and dusted. They even detail cleaned my Boflex gym equipment! I would highly recommend this company to anybody looking for the 5 star treatment.

Lux is the best cleaning service that I have ever experienced. My place had never looked cleaner and they use only green products. The staff is considerate, professional and very thorough They did an unbelievable job!

The Lux Team arrived at our house at the time agreed upon. The 5 person team introduced themselves one by one. The 'team lead' had a written document in hand which itemized what was to be done that day which had been previously agreed upon. I was very impressed by the professional manner in which they all conducted themselves. Then they began to clean. It was truly a 'team' approach. Every step of the way, they would communicate to each other what their responsibilities were 'room by room'. The overall cleaning was excellent- very detailed and thorough!! The products used were environmentally friendly. My whole house smelled fresh and clean, but without the use of harsh chemicals. My bathroom fixtures sparkled!!!
