After our longstanding cleaning lady retired last year I decided to hire Lux cleaning services for our quite large house.. We have been very happy with the cleaning services ( and realize now our house was never thoroughly cleaned in the past!). We have a team of 2 or 3 who clean every 2 weeks and the house always looks great . All the cleaners are personable and friendly and do a great job. It's also nice that if someone is sick, they send an alternate, which means I am never left without cleaning services which used to happen in the past when I relied on one person.
The office contacts me the day before to confirm the cleaning start time and they are always completely on time, which I appreciate. I'm always impressed by how much they get done while here- with the cleaning schedule that they follow the house is cleaned top to bottom.
