I hired this company not knowing much about it aside from customer reviews. Three men arrived early. They were friendly, efficient and careful. They did not waste time and showed good common sense.
Highly recommended.

I want to give a big shout out of thanks and job well done to Phil, Cornel and Al who did a fantastic job on my move on March 31, 2012 in Toronto.

From the first inquiry, David in the office was very good at following up and I appreciated having a confirmation email to refer to when the date got close.

They took great care in packing fragile items and they were very aware of the time and considerate of my budget. And they worked very hard all day long with no break - we could tell that we weren't paying for any more time than was necessary. We're very happy with Agility Moving and would use them again, and would highly recommend them.

Agility Moving did a great job moving the contents of our three bedroom house to our new home. Setting up the initial appointment was easy, and I appreciated having a confirmation email to refer to when the date got close. They took lots of care in packing fragile/valuable items, consulting with us as they went to make sure we were satisfied with how they were doing it. And they worked very hard all day long with hardly a break - we could tell that we weren't paying for any more time than was necessary. We're very happy that everything fit in the truck, and nothing was broken or damaged en route.

My husband and I had a great experience with Agility Moving. The process and pricing structure was explained to us by David prior to booking. On the day of the move, it was a record breaking temperature of 37 degrees for the GTA! Phil, Rich, and Al showed up on time with a very positive outlook. The guys loaded up the truck extremely fast, being sure to take care of all our items. The team did an outstanding job of unloading our furniture in tight spaces. We were very impressed and will use Agility again.

My team, Daniel and Richard arrived early, worked hard and were friendly and very mindful of the personal property being moved. Payment was exactly as was communicated and their rates are very competitive. Do not hesitate to use Agility Moving, I will use them again and will refer them whenever possible.

I have used a couple of companies in the past but Agility was by far the best ever. The three guys arrived early and were ready to work. They moved the items quickly and carefully. Once loaded, they got to my storage site with no lost time at all. All three guys were extremely nice. Definitely recommend to friends and family.

As will all know moves are very stressful. The Agility moving team helped me move with ease. The lead mover had exceptional organization skills and lead the team to easily, efficiently and quickly load the truck. The move in to my new place occurred so quickly that I could barely believe it was all done. They handled my things with care and absolutely nothing was damaged, scratched or broken. They were very professional, friendly and were provided guidance as to best approach when required. They made my life easy and I will definitely use them again and/or refer them to family or friends.

On the financial side the quote they provided was what I paid, no surprises. This piece is huge when you are budgeting for costs and there is so much stress when moving.

The entire team I dealt with at Agility was professional and amazing. From working with the original coordinator to the actual movers all was seamless.

This company is fantastic. I first found them through reading the other customer feedback, and, true to form, they were right on!!! Punctual, professional, accurate quote, follow through, attention to detail is all part of this company's philosophy. I'm was so happy and can't wait to move again using Agility !!!

Agility was recommended to me by a family member who had had a good experience. I knew right off the bat that it was going to be positive. After entering my info online they called me back within one hour. We booked that day and David walked me through the entire process, their fees, rationale for those fees etc. He was just lovely.

On the day of the move I had a personal crisis that I had to deal with and yet they made the move absolutely seemless. They took unbelievable care of our stuff and nothing was broken or even scratched. Most impressive though was their demeanor. Despite working a very long day, they were extremely polite, sensitive to our situation and just great guys all around. I have never had a better move or a more pleasant experience dealing with another company ever. This is hands down my best customer service experience. I would recommend them in a heartbeat!! Best movers ever.

We are very pleased with the service provided by Agility. Right from the first contact via email and phone, Agility was fast to respond, helpful and efficient. Daniel, Phil & Rich arrived 15 minutes early and got right to work. They were friendly and cheerful despite the horrible weather we experienced throughout our move - torrential rain, sleet, snow, wind - and very hard-working. We were not nearly as prepared and organized for this move as we would have liked, but the guys were very patient and got the job done. They were also really good at judging angles and managed to get furniture through some very tight spaces for us. We would definitely recommend Agility for anyone needing good, honest, reasonably priced movers.
