I was concerned that the reviews on this site were faked but this is one is definitely real! Mike and Yury provided us with an excellent experience from beginning to end. The price was fantastic and because it was SO good (I know because I got a number of quotes) I thought that there had to be a catch - like on the quality - but no, the quality of the windows was beyond what I expected and the installation was flawless and fast! The installers were lovely and took such pride in their work. I am over the moon with the job that they did. I was asked for a small, very reasonable deposit upon signing the contract and everything was explained thoroughly. I asked a thousand questions and they made sure that I understood everything completely, which I appreciated. In addition, they said that the windows would be installed in four weeks and guess what, they were! I mean, what contractor delivers on time? Well, they do! I will be using them to install a new door within the year and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Fantastic!

Valentin called me back within and hour after leaving a message. He came within 24 hours (it was not an emergency) and fixed my leaking faucet and shower. This was one of those cases where you really needed a pro, someone who can be creative, since the bathroom is very old and will eventually be renovated, we needed a solution that would be cost effective. I felt that his price was extremely fair and he was absolutely lovely. A very pleasant man who showed me a great deal of respect. Walked me thru everything step by step and even covered his shoes with those little booties! Will definitely use him again.

Agility was recommended to me by a family member who had had a good experience. I knew right off the bat that it was going to be positive. After entering my info online they called me back within one hour. We booked that day and David walked me through the entire process, their fees, rationale for those fees etc. He was just lovely. On the day of the move I had a personal crisis that I had to deal with and yet they made the move absolutely seemless. They took unbelievable care of our stuff and nothing was broken or even scratched. Most impressive though was their demeanor. Despite working a very long day, they were extremely polite, sensitive to our situation and just great guys all around. I have never had a better move or a more pleasant experience dealing with another company ever. This is hands down my best customer service experience. I would recommend them in a heartbeat!! Best movers ever.
