We had our upstairs windows replaced. Ecoline employees were excellent to deal with, from the in home estimate all the way through the installation. Very professional did all the work in 1 day and cleaned up afterwards. We are so pleased we decided to get lower windows and doors replaced now.

We couldn't be happier with our new windows from Ecoline. The whole experience was so pleasant. We discovered the company through Costco which is already a good sign of a trustworthy company. The sales lady came out to our home and was very knowledgeable and nice, answered all our questions, showed us sample windows so we could see the difference and told us about the promo in case we didnt know. The installers were amazing, very quick & professional, and did a great job, kept it very clean. They installed in June so I was worried about bugs flying in lol but none did. The 5 new windows have made a huge difference for us, our old ones were hard to open, ugly and didnt let in much breeze. We are soooo happy we chose ecoline and have recommended them to many friends and family.

From ordering to installation, the experience was positive. We felt informed along the way and the team consistently kept their timeline promises. The lads who installed were courteous, professional and did an excellent job. We love our new double doors and have no hesitation in recommending Ecoline.

At the beginning it was great, very attentive project manager when things got delayed on our end but then it took 2 months longer to get the window into the warehouse than expected. When I emailed they assured me that they would let me know when the window was there. I eventually called them and they said that the window was there but they hadnt contacted me. Overall it was a good experience but just took forever

We were very pleased with the installation of our living room area & kitchen. Sales rep was excellent and quick to respond whenever we have inquiries. The price is affordable & the quality is good.

I am so happy that we purchased these Ecoline windows. They are beautiful, both inside and out. They operate smoothly, and are helping us to feel much more comfortable, as there are no more drafts when sitting near the window! Excellent decision; excellent product!

Ecoline windows have done 2 different homes for us now and we continue to be satisfied with their service. The most recent project was an entire home and the installers we even able to remove all our original oak trim and reinstall with not a single problem. Would highly recommend them!

My living room window and kitchen window needed replacement badly, I saw about Eco-Line at Costco and decided to give them a try. I was pleased with the knowledge of the salesperson who gave me an estimate and even more please with the installers. They were polite, efficient and left the areas clean and free from debris. I would go back to Eco-Line in the future.
