Ecoline Windows

We needed to replace some of windows in our home. Some were getting old (the bay windows) while others simply don't provide enough insulating value. We received an estimate from one of the "big" window companies in Edmonton but was disappointed at the level of information and general attention provided by the salesperson. If someone isn't going to make an effort at a sale, how much can you count on the company doing anything if something goes wrong with the windows?

We went with Ecoline because of their very professional attitude from our first contact with them. Their cost was similar to the estimate provided by the "big" window company but I believe that Ecoline has a superior product.

We were very pleased with the installation and how the windows look. The installation crew worked hard and were very respectful of our home. The job took a bit longer than the original estimate but that's because their work was delayed by high winds.

We have some additional windows to replace next year and we certainly will be using Ecoline again. It was a pleasure doing business with them!

We had seven triple-pane windows installed by Ecoline Windows in March 2011. Ed and his crew were clean, courteous and got the tricky installation done very quickly. They responded to all of our questions and provided a detailed tutorial on the operation and maintenance of our new windows. We would use Ecoline Windows again and will have no problem of referring them to our friends. For vinyl window installation these guys are a great choice.

We recently replaced all the windows in our home. We did our research, and had several quotes from different companies before we selected Ecoline Windows, because of their price and quality of windows they offered. The installer Pavel came out to take the final measurements, and as soon as we met him we were so glad we selected Ecoline! Pavel is a seasoned professional and he and his team did an amazing job. They clearly knew exactly what they were doing, they were quick (although they didn't rush the job) and clean (a drop cloth under every window!) and went the extra mile for us. We felt totally at ease with them in our home, and totally confident in the job they did. I definitely would recommend Ecoline to anyone looking for high quality windows at a competitive price,and ask for Pavel as your installer - you won't be disappointed! We love our new windows!!!

They were punctual, quick and efficient in doing the work, and left the place clean and tidy. The windows look great. I recommend this company very highly.

We had EcoLine Windows install fifteen windows and a front door late last year in our house. Both Mike, the project manager, and Pavel the installer are true professionals. I got three quotes and found their pricing was competitive, but felt more comfortable with them since they addressed my concerns. Mike offered vinyl package (including the interior casing) unlike the other quotes. The windows were installed in two days with little mess. Because of the cold weather Pavel told me that the windows will be installed one by one, so our home will stay warm. On the second day on afternoon the installation was completed ,and we were very happy with the final result. I have already handed out Mike's business cards to a few of my friends.

I first found them by doing a google search, compaired a few sites and got some other quotes. When the sales person Paul came he explained everything and the price was the best with quality in mind so I went ahead.

The install went very smoothly, once the windows were ready to install the installer came and did a clean and quick job. He really cared for the house and the project to get me satisfied.

Second, the project started with some windows that needed fixing, others needed paint. When I searched online the company Ecoline Windows appeared everywhere so I decided to get a quote. They were on time, friendly and explained everything. I choose my products and the installation took place when the products were ready. Installers cleaned everything and I was enjoying my new windows!
