Complete Custom Contracting - No Longer in Business

I don't often write recommendations regarding the work of contractors because they get paid for providing a service.
In this instance however I was so impressed by the craftsmanship and the professional work by Complete Custom Contracting that I want to pass on a recommendation to anyone contemplating carpentry work on their home or facilities.
I've had extensive kitchen, living and dining room renovations with complete satisfaction of workmanship and cost effectiveness.

I initially called Complete Custom Contracting for a basement renovation. Mr. Derek Lunau give me an estimate to complete all the work I needed done, and he quoted me a very reasonable price. I gave him the go ahead and he completed the work as was promised and on-time. I would consider Derek to be very concientious, professional and very hard-working. I am very happy with Derek - so much so that I called him back to put in a new living room floor, a new kitchen floor, as well as new trim and baseboard in both rooms. Again, I was very impressed with his professionalism, his thoroughness and his attention to detail. He was punctual in arriving at my home each day and put in a full day's work. I consider him to be a "Complete Custom Contractor" as his business name states and will definitely call him back to do future work in my home. I will absolutely, without a doubt, recommend Complete Custom Contracting. It was a real pleasure to have him as my contractor!

I hired Complete Custom Contracting to update and renovate my washroom in the finshed basement of my home. Derek Lunau was absolutely wonderful, and completed the job to higher than my expectations. He listened to exactly what I wanted, and his work reflected the bathroom I had envisioned and much more. The job was completed within a timely manner, and he was a pleasure to work with. The original contractor, who built the washroom for the previous owners, had no idea what he was doing, and Derek had to basically redo everything, and fix all the mistakes. The floor was replaced and tiled, new trim and baseboard were added, a new vanity was installed, and he built a shelving unit to my specifications for the bathroom as well. The original shower was not built properly and had leaked in between the walls and this had resulted in a serious mold problem. Derek had discovered this, and replaced all the affected areas, and now I have a functional and beautiful bathroom that I am happy to have. Thanks to Derek and Complete Custom contracting for a job well done. All my home renovations will be completed by them from now on.
