From the first estimate till the end of my 1-day install, I was impressed with Rob’s ability to truly listen to my cost and set-up objectives, install with attention to every minutia of detail, demonstration, clean-up, and after sales service. I think the experience can be aptly summarized by not trying to sell, but to listen and deliver! I think with a truly customer-centric focus, businesses will always do well and that is why I am confident Sounds Good AVS will prosper in the future.
