We were pleased with our concrete floor and we worked out our issue with the company. Andy has been helpful and Dominic is a very nice and very professional person.

What could this company do to improve their services?
Project managers should consult with waterproofers before diagnosing.
Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
Get three or four opinions to diagnose the issue before committing.

Dominic was a great guy but we were told by the project manager at AA Masonry that we "absolutely" did not need exterior waterproofing. After spending our life savings on weeping tile and a new floor, water poured into our house from the outside and we hired a separate company to do an exterior waterproofing job. We were really disappointed that no ownership was taken over this misdiagnosis.
