They can point you in the right direction for materials, patterns and styles. They know how and who to talk to in the municipality for permits. The installing team fully coordinates with minimal chatter, but they'll communicate with you clearly, down to preferences and details, giving hints and suggestions along the way.
Every person I've interacted with in this company -- sales consultant, accounts payable, CSR, coordinator, installers -- clearly do what they do with energy, thoughtfulness and personality, no exceptions.
Price is fair, and the quality of work is as expected. But the best part about this company is the way they treat you.
