I phoned PTR Carpentry to diagnose and reinforce a poor roof framing job done by another framer. Paul came and assessed the new roof as a whole, looking at the how best to reinforce the new structure and loads with the existing structure. Not only did he properly reinforce the new roof, but he offered helpful and needed advice on other work outside his scope, taking into consideration Ontario Building Code regulations, fire and life safety, and finishing options. Him and his staff where very professional and friendly. PTR gave me peace of mind and support for making all the right decisions.
I would use PTR again and recommend them highly!
