Very professional Electrician. Larry was punctual, very polite, explained every step of the way what he was doing. He did not charge me for call out like most Electricians do. He bought the materials himself and the repair was completed in a timely fashion. Mind you that I have had 3 Electricians did the same job in the past and it kept failing. Since Larry repaired the electrical system, I have been using it now for the past 4 years with absolutely no problems. Would definitely be using his services going forward and I highly recommend him

Larry did a highly professional job moving a ceiling fixture and installing dimmers. The fixture had to be moved approximately 1 metre. The existing hole was neatly repaired when the new one was created. Everything was done meticulously and we were very happy.

Our 80-year old 6-storey condo building had our electrical completely re-built starting with a new transformer. Each owner was responsible for connecting the new wires from the electrical room on each floor to our individual electrical box in our suites. I hired HC Electrical to complete this work and Larry, Ken and Devon did a great job. They were very efficient and polite and cleaned up after each job. In the end, HC was hired by over half of the condo owners and I would highly recommend them for any electrical job.

Work was completed on time and exactly as quoted. Extremely reliable, diligent and conscientious. Did an excellent job minimizing inconvenience and clean up was superb. Entire team including principal was easy to work with.

We found out about the company from our Real Estate Agent. They were also listed on the website of the Electrical Safety Authority.
Larry returned our phone calls promptly. He came at the agreed time and gave a free estimate. He thoroughly explained the job to be done. The Quotation he sent shortly afterwards described in detail the work to be done: rewiring most of the house, installing outlets and Smoke/CO2 detectors. The Quote gave a maximum price, and the start and completion dates, starting on a Monday and ending on the Friday of the same week.
On the first day a hardcopy of the contract was provided as well as an Invoice.
Larry and his assistants Kenneth and Jackson arrived daily at the time they said they would. The inspector of the Electrical Safety Authority came on the last day and the house passed inspection.
When Larry found out, after a few days, that not as much work was needed to be done, on his initiative he informed us that the price was reduced by $600 from the approximate cost.
The work was finished one day earlier than was stated in the contract. The house was left clean, and everything was done as agreed to.
We, the customers, were responsible for providing the different light fixtures; installing them was the electricians’ job. After the work was finished we found out that one of the light fixtures did not work as it should. We called Larry. He told us to buy a new one, and he would send someone to replace the fixture. It was done one day after I called.
For all of the above we highly recommend HC Electrical.

Larry & his partner (apologies, I missed his name!) arrived right on time to install two ceiling fans for me, and did an absolutely fantastic job. He was really good about verifying everything to code (both of mine had to be reinforced due to the weight of the fixtures and the ceiling setup in the condo). Both of them were SO nice and helpful, and I think the price was fair for the work completed and the time it took. I've already sent his contact info to two colleagues, and would highly recommend to anyone else!

This is the company you want doing electrical work on your home! Larry was extremely reliable, friendly, on time and on budget. He even came back to my home two months later, when I did some separate renovations in my home, to fix two outlets I had moved - at no extra cost. From the moment I met Larry I knew I liked him. He has a warm smile and honest personality. He arrived 10 minutes early to quote the job, walked me through the house from top to bottom explaining the size of holes that would be needed, and where the wires would feed through the walls, and adjusting the plan based on my future design needs. I then spent about 3 weeks quoting the job through various other companies, but HCElectrical came it most competitive. The job was completed on time and patched nicely. I could not believe how non-intrusive they were. After watching YouTube videos and seeing massive holes in drywall I was nervous. But Larry and his team made holes the size of a tennis ball, and patched them well. Not sure how else to express our gratitude. Our house needs a lot of work and having positive people work on it makes the vibe of the house better I think. Thanks guys!! Phil H.
