True North Eavestroughing

We are very happy with our new eaves troughs.They have certainly been put to the test and performed well during a couple of heavy rainstorms.We have already given True North information to a friend who needs new eaves troughs.John and his crew were on time,polite, and answered any questions.The price was right and we felt very confident in using this company.

My new eavestroughs and leaf-guard system have been through several heavy downpours now and have performed well. There was one small issue with one of the downspouts where it joins an underground pipe but that was resolved very quickly. All the work was done professionally and on schedule. I recommend John and his team.

True North did an excellent job, the cost was great, and they cleaned up after the job was completed. Called them back for an elbow addition, they did this without additional charge. I would fully recommend True North without hesitation...great job guys.

John Whyte is very knowledgeable and when he made the quote he explained everything in detail and provided some extra advice about downspouts and their best location. His crew arrived on time, were very courteous and friendly, were very careful and neat and left our site spotlessly clean. The new troughs and soffit look fantastic. I would enthusiastically recommend True North to anyone.

A professional operation from the quote right through to the final clean-up. John obviously knows his business very well and his installers are top notch; professional, courteous, and always conscious of cleaning up after themselves. This is a wonderful company. They are decent, hard working, knowledgeable, have an excellent product and outstanding customer service. Their rates are comparable and John is quite particular about the products he uses. I can sleep nights knowing my eaves are doing their job :). They also helped me find adorable rain barrels, and whenever i had questions or concerns they were prompt and dedicated to making me feel satisfied with my new eaves system. This is the best eaves trough company out there.

John was extremely professional and knowledgeable right from the initial job quote. His crew did an outstanding job on the install and left my property as clean as when they arrived. John was on site all day inviting input from me and over seeing the job. Very happy with all aspects of the job.

Had planned to get multiple quotes but after meeting John I felt comfortable giving them the go ahead right away. John and his team were professional and friendly throughout the process. The job was done at the initial price agreed, on the day we had set and looks great. Can't ask for much more than that.

We are extremely happy with John and the team at True North Eavestroughing. Our old eaves were in very rough shape (most likely original to the house and 20+ years old now) and were poorly maintained by the previous owners. John came out, gave us a quote and walked us through the process. A couple of changes were required to the original downspout locations on job day but John, the workers and myself talked it all through and everything went perfectly.

The results have been great. The eaves work perfectly, the downspouts (and zip-hinges) are in better locations than they were before and keep all water away from the house. They even went the extra mile for us on the install and far exceeded expectations.

Even more, when I had a question about one section of the eavestroughing after the work was complete John was VERY quick to respond and his answer was right on the money. In the rain we have had since the install things have gone perfectly and they work like a dream.

I have no problems recommending John and his team to anyone else and if I ever have need of eavestrough services again I won't call anyone else.
