Great customer service from John! He promptly returned calls and came for a quote. He was punctual, prepared the site , gave instructions to the crew, cleaned up and checked the work. M and R worked steadily, were polite, friendly and answered all my questions. The installation was in July and the gutterguards kept the leaves of my silver maple from clogging. The grey rain barrel is quite attractive but be prepared to extend the floppy overflow tubing. I am very happy with the work and definitely recommend them.
