No follow up customer service,
As in many 30-year-old homes, we had a leak. Urban Piping responded quickly and like us, assumed it was the Poly B piping. We agreed to have them replace the Poly B and the drain pipes cleaned. The Poly B replacement was done well with minimum holes in the walls and ceiling. The problem ended up being the shower valve but Poly B is one of those things that needs to be replaced eventually anyway.
About a month after the repair, we had another leak that seemed to be from the upstairs bathtub. Urban Piping responded saying it was probably an overflow leak and not their work but would check it out. A week later I had to ask again if someone could check the leak. Someone did come and look at it and the problem was their work sealing the tub drain after it was cleaned. That was fixed at no cost to us but they wanted to charge for the ceiling repair. I followed up a few times asking them to fix the ceiling at their cost as it was their mistake and got absolutely no response. They had also promised to return and blend in the paint from the ceiling hole needed for the Poly B replacement and that did not happen. We still have a ceiling that needs fixing in one room and blending that needs to be done in another room.
Although the piping was fixed the customer service after that was non-existent so I cannot recommend them at all.
