Jp Paving

I quoted my driveway paving and interlock patio job with several paving companies. All their estimators/salesmen were little interested in giving me a good explanation and details of how the job will be done, time frame, warranties. I chose to contract out with JP Paving Inc because his estimator took the time to completely explain to me what I needed to know, including clear drawings and measurements. The execution of the job was timely and I observed that they really comply in details with what was in the contract regarding materials, amounts, and dimensions. The workmanship is excellent and we are enjoying our home improvement immensely. Their estimator Louis is very knowledgeable and polite and went the extra nautic mile in accommodating our schedule and needs. The price was fair and they beat their competitors easily. I recommend JP Paving Inc to anyone that what the most bang for their money.

Don't even try to get anything done from these people. They are big crooks( Isabel,George and Frank). They don't do their job as promisedand don't complete lete the job. They need to be out of the business. Shame on you all three.

JP Paving does not stand by their word. They did not complete our job properly and spilled asphalt on our neighbour's property and refused to clean it up! They didn't come when they said they would and never returned our phone calls. Poor quality!

We found this company very distressing to deal with; the owner was impolite, and promises were made without proper delivery, and schedules were not met. While some very qualified people work for the owner, the quality of the work wasn't really there. Some things that Jorge ("George") promised were never completed, and it was like pulling teeth to get them to return to do the work they did do. We have been in touch with others that had similar problems. There are many other companies in the GTA that do this kind of work, I would recommend going with them instead.

The owner of the company Jorge Poblete is the rudest man that I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. We had our driveway interlocked and was provided with a one year warranty that if the driveway were to sink they would come back and re-level and fix the driveway. I called over 20 times and each time the owner of the company refused to come fix it. He refused to come honor the warranty and hung up on me every time. He would not return any of my calls and eventually told me to do what I want because he would not come and fix anything and hung up on me. Do not let this company do anything for you. You will waste your money and have to pay someone else to fix their poor work. I wish I had spent a little more and gone with a more reputable company. Please check the better business bureau and look up JP Paving (they also go by Poblete Paving) there are 4 other reviews on this company where all 4 people had the same bad experience. Stay away from JP Paving and Jorge Poblete!
