Very pleased with the company and work that was done. The people that came in to do the work were very nice they explained what was going to be done. Very clean after themselves even when they removed my water tank to out it in the garage. I love this system and would recommend this company to everyone.

A/C started leaking onto my furnace leaving it to rust it and flood the basement. Irfan Khatri was able to come and take a look at the unit and provide an accurate estimate of the cost of repairs. The team was sent in to replace the furnace and make repairs on the A/C unit. Worked very quickly and were very carefull not to damage the property. Throughout the whole interaction with this company the individuals were very polite and hardworking.

10 out ot 10. Two technicians came sharp on time to install the air conditioner at my house. Both of them were experts. They smoothly executed the AC installation process and completed on time. We tested the AC performance and as of now we are very satisfied with the machine and the installation services. Yes, I will recommend this company to my closest friends and family.

XLi16 A/C Installation - 2 men – 5 hours. Courteous left area tidy, took away all debris. Roma & Stephanie in the Stoney Creek office took the time to find answers and respond promptly to a number of questions about the unit & thermostat. Roma took the time to deliver a backordered item and explain the rebate submission requirements - excellent customer service. I appreciated that the installer allowed discussion of the exact location of the unit with me as it was a much larger unit that what had been previously in that area. This was the third company I contacted about a Trane A/C installation and from the initial contact to the latest check-in, the coordination of their team was efficient.

All the options were laid out in detail. The sales representative was knowledgeable and explained the pros and cons of the alternatives. Finished on time and left the site clean

We had been looking for a generator to install after the recent icestorm. The marketing process was quite quick and the sales guy was in our house in no time. What really impressed us was the install. They were efficient, and the crew all came at the right times and the generator was installed in a jiffy. Our job was a little complicated and the new sub-panel that had to be installed required the electrical work to be done over two days. The second appoint was scheduled quickly and installation was well done. We must mention praise to Dwight especially as he was flexible, accommodating and fitted the system according to our needs! And he was friendly and very pleasant throughout the job. Very Satisfied!

My furnace was working very hard this past winter and i was worried it was going to give out (furnace and a/c were more than 30 years old). I bought a new furnace and air conditioner. A Plus came and installed it right after Christmas and did a fantastic job in all aspects!

This company is top notch! The sales rep, Pete Donald, was extremely helpful in explaining all my options and ensuring I was provided with the proper furnace and A/C to satisfy my family's needs. After noticing that I was not completed convinced by the original proposal, Pete was quick to find an alternative that made me feel more comfortable. The installation was completed by professionals who knew their stuff. Although they needed to cut out some drywall to complete the installation, they did so in such a way that it was so easy to re-install the cut out drywall. I highly recommend this organization.

We brought a house last summer. Inspector suggested I’d better to replace the Furnace and AC ASAP as they were very old and may broken any time soon. However, We only got 1 week to have house settled before move in. It was end of Jul, the hottest time of the year. We cannot image how our little kids live in such hot and humid season without AC. The rush schedule made we worried about.

I made quite a few calls to find contactors to get job done IN TIME (in less than 1 week) , also with reasonable prices. I was not lucky until called Irfan, Comfort Consultant from A Plus Air Systems. Irfan was not only proactively made it happen in time with reasonable price, but also helped to pick the right product that we are very happy about the performance. Definitely, I will contact Irfan and A Plus Air Systems again if any future needs.
