After experiencing a number of black-outs and brown-outs over the years, I had enough and started looking into a backup generator for the home. Saw the Generac generator at Home Depot and asked for a quote. Left my info and expected someone from A-Plus to contact me in a few days. To my surprise, I got a call that late afternoon and an appointment for an estimate a few days later. The papers were signed, the installation date set for a few weeks out and the job was completed all in a day. The team of installers were professional and they were willing to answer all of my questions along the way.

A Plus Air Systems Inc. offered a terrific experience from the moment I spoke with the owner Shams. The sales person, Hopeton was very knowledgeable and polite. The installers, Shankar and Hamed were right on time, courteous and professional. All in all, received a great product at a great price with exceptional service.

I bought my air cleaners 3 years ago and I was very pleased. They work perfetly! I can recommend A plus air systems. Working with them is very easy and nice.

He came and inspected the air conditioning and furnace as they have not been done in a long time. He did a great job was here for 1 or so and gave me a detailed work done on them.
No mess and mind at ease now. Would recommend this company.

This is my 2nd purchase with A Plus. They installed my furnace a year ago. As usual I am very satisfied with their work. Very good salesperson and the installers were professional. They also did a great job in cleaning up the place. I am happy with the purchase and have recommended them to several of my friends.

My 18 year old furnace broke one week after the Dec 2013 icestorm. Virtually all residential HVAC companies were busy at the time and didn't even bother to return my call, except for Aplus Air Systems. They quoted me a new furnace at a great price over the phone, and sent a representative to my home that evening to sign the contract. Their crew came the very next morning at 8:00am to install a new furnace. At -20C with no heat, such fast service was highly appreciated. Although the new furnace worked perfectly when their service crew left, for some unforseen circumstance it stopped working that morning at 2:00am! I texted their service manager at 6:00am and he immediately got back to me stating that they will sent a repair guy in a few hours to fix it up. Apparently there was a condensation issue with the exhaust pipe from the new furnace in which their repair guy replaced immediately that morning at no additional cost. I could not be happier with this company's fast and attentive service. When an employee immediately responses back to a customer emergency text message at 6:00am, you know they truly care about the quality and reputation of their company.

A Plus did a great job in having a consultant discuss and make suggestions and options before installation was very helpful. The consultant Pete also showed me exactly what the installation would look like and offered choices. He was also present when the installers arrived to walk things through and ensure everyone was on the same page. The Condo layout is challenging and both the installers worked quickly, efficiently and with as little intrusion as possible. They were friendly but focused and completed the installation, clean-up and walked through using in a courteous and effective manner. The unit is quiet and works very well despite all the nooks and corners.

APlus Air Systems Inc. has been servicing my furnace and air conditioner for the last 5 years. I have had no complaints regarding their servicing of my equipment. Aziz (my usual technician) is very informative and knowledgeable about the equipment and explains things that need to be done carefully and makes sure I understand. He is always looking out for me and tries to help me so that I can avoid costly charges to the furnace and A/C. To have someone come out and see that everything is running smoothly and is clean gives me peace of mind.

A Plus installed a Mr. Slim ductless air conditioner for our family approximately four years ago. The installation of the actual air conditioner was done professionally but the electrical work completed was done very poorly. It wasn't until recently when I started experiencing electrical problems in my home that an electrician discovered the shoddy wiring job they had completed. There was exposed wires within the pony panel they had added which was causing shorts and burned the inside of the casing. We're lucky the poor wiring job didn't start a house fire.

It was a different individual that completed the electrical work than the person who installed the actual air conditioner.

Aziz and his Apprentship were on-site cleaning the Trane Furnace and Nivien Tankless Hotwater. They were very professional and completed the job in just less than an hour. Keep up the good work.
