They were on time and very professional. They installed the unit where I asked them to and provided professional advice. I felt very comfortable during the entire process. They also suggested some improvements which I will take advantage of at a later date.
They even rewired my thermostat to control my humidifier at no cost. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
