From the moment I contacted George from Gas Guys, he was friendly, courteous and professional. I couldn't have been more happier with the service he provided. Showed up to my house early with all this tools, explained procedures on how to turn on shut off the new valve as well as good tips with my new gas grill. I would recommend George from Gas Guys anytime!

I contacted GasGuys.ca, George promptly got back to me the next day. He went out of his way to come and do the work within the next couple of days. We really appreciated, not only the thorough work George did, but also the explanations and safety-tips he provided. This was my first time using GasGuys.ca, and this was onky a small BBQ gas hook-up for my elderly father in his condo. George was very professional, thorough, and went the extra-mile. George was awesome! Couldn't be happier with the work he did. I had a 3/4" line installed for my BBQ and he also fixed a grounding issue for the gas line inside. George showed up right on time and he walked me through each aspect of the work he was going to do. Even took a bit of time afterwards to show me a few tips with my new Napoleon BBQ!

George responded to my request the next day and we scheduled an appointment the day after. He called me 20 min. before and showed up within the timeframe and connected my gas BBQ to an existing natural gas line. He also explained how to fire up the BBQ. Overall, very pleasant experience.

George was fantastic. He arrived on schedule, kept me in the loop as work progressed and confirmed any routing questions ahead to ensure we were happy with the outcome - which we are! Would definitely hire again if we ever needed to.

George put in a gas line and hooked up my new barbecue. He arrived when he said he would and no surprises with the quote he gave. Not only was his workmanship great but he actually cleaned up the messy workmanship from a previous person who did work in my house. I highly recommend George.

George connected the pre-installed natural gas line to our BBQ. He was punctual, professional, and took the time to explain how to operate and maintain our BBQ. Honestly, it was more expensive than I originally anticipated but in the end worth it as I am confident the gas line is attached safely and securely. We have used the BBQ since and are very happy with it.

What an amazing experience.
I had been getting the run around by another company. I need my new bbq hooked up to an existing natural gas line.
Phoned George on a Thursday afternoon. He asked me to take some pictures and he would email me the next morning. I got the email in the morning and we discussed to project. He phoned me later that day and told me he would come by that night or tomorrow morning.
He came Friday night and did an amazing job. Also was very helpful explaining how to turn on my new BBQ and gave me some tips on using the natural gas. I’m really happy and will refer him as much as possible. Great Job! Very happy!
