Hi, The scope was to design and submit for permits a second floor addition to the existing house and I'm the owner of that house.
The task for Architalcan was to design the addition, "connect it to the house" and submit for permits.
Both speed and quality were just impressive: actual clean time that was spent on drawings was literally
invisible comparing to city processing time lines and site inspections. During the design the owner's layout proposal
was rejected with reasons and another (have to admit - a better one) was introduced and became final. As a result permits were received
(btw, we had to go through Committee of Adjustments and won the case with solid confidence) and we are in a construction phase right now. Builder found most of design ideas to be absolutely reasonable, logical and optimized for construction. I would recommend this company for an architectural phase,
just have clear vision of your targets and the rest will be executed/completed by real and experienced professional. Feel free to contact for details.
