Architectual drawing for basement underpinning and benching along with a cool cellar
I have minimal experience in building drawings and permits. Rocco was able to understand what was required and I feel he went above and beyond what is expected in an architect. Rocco utilized his past experience and knowledge and was able to apply those tools to our needs in a very timely fashion. I explained what we required and he able to make it fit in with the drawings. After he made the drawings and referred us to an engineer he attended to Toronto City Hall and got all of the required permits.
When I advised him that I was meeting with the contractors, he offered to attend the meeting and explain what was on the drawings and what was required from the contractors from the contractors.
Well worth the money spent.
