I needed a someone who could produce plans/documentation to submit to The City, fast! I knew what I wanted drawn up but being an Australian I didn't know what the local requirements entailed. A few quick emails revealed that these guys could do the job quickly, easily and without fuss. They came in prior to us closing on the house, drew up plans and had then submitted and approved in a blink! We are now three weeks since closing and a contractor has started on our house (read dump). This company can deliver.
