We needed someone who could help us create the drawings for the safe removal of a 14ft wide exterior load bearing wall. We were scared that this was going to be huge. But with a professional like Rocco - it was NO problem. Rocco came several times to asses the space as we were demo'ing and provided final drawing and submitted for permits with speed and efficiency. Even texting me from Italy while at a construction show to come a take a look at something unexpected after we removed the wall. His advice and insights were so valuable in helping us to manage this part of our reno! Next time we build a house - we're calling Rocco back!!
