Rocco was referred to me from an associate engineer. I needed someone who knew what they were doing and to do it in a timely manner due to the season changing. I hired Rocco on the spot after meeting him. He gave me the confidence and trust needed to get the drawings and permits for an underpinning job I had to get approved asap. Well he delivered and then some. He accommodated my requests at no extra cost and made suggestions from his experience which were of value in this current renovation. To sum it up from a contractors point of view, he is my go to guy for anything structural.
