We have an old house (120 years) with lots of character but also lots of improvements to be made... We had a need for plans for a renovation project that required permits from the city given structural adjustments. Rocco has been highly diligent in working with us (and surgically punctual for appointments!) to sort out what we could do within bi-laws, designed high quality plans and has carried the process through to us getting the permits. High quality professional, diligent and friendly personality. I strongly recommend!
