Our realtor recommended Michael from Sureview Inspection. A decent inspection was conducted at a pretty fair price. Michael spent around 3 hours conducting his inspection, and provided a full report.

- Ensure inspector takes pictures of everything, and makes sure everything is functional and up to code. Make sure to go around with the home inspector, to ensure everything is "actually" inspected and not simply brushed over.
