THE PROOF IS IN THE PUDDING!!! I would highly recommend MMT. Last year, Mario and his team waterproofed my basement. He presented me with the least expensive quote but I decided to go with him because I liked the way he explained the procedure and his patience and willingness to spend time with you answering questions.
This spring I and most of Toronto had water in the basement. I thought it was due to the previous year's work. Mario came out and diagnosed another probable source for the problem. What I appreciated the most is his honesty and integrity. We differed philosophically but being an honourable man Mario gave me the benefit of the doubt and waterproofed the interior of the basement at no cost to me. (He did a new section of the basement for which I paid him). That to me is the proof of a true, honourable tradesperson. He didn't avoid me or try to pressure me even though he was convinced the issue was a new one and had photos to show that. His priority is excellent and loyal customer service; how rare a quality found in people these days!!! Without any hesitation I would again and have already recommended Mario and his company MMT.
