Brian installed a new 45K BTU, 2 stage, variable speed furnace for me. I am extremely happy with the service I received. He and his team worked from 10am until almost 7pm to get the job done. They laid drop cloths everywhere to protect our floors and carpets. Any and all questions were answered with professionalism and courtesy. The workmanship on the install was just excellent. When the job was done, Brian inspected everything to make sure all was in order and working as expected. The work area was absolutely spotless when they left. Brian also helped to submit the warranty registration with the manufacturer, as well as the OPA rebate application.
Finally, the quote Brian gave me over the phone when I first contacted him and explained my situation, was exactly the amount I paid when the job was done. No extras, no hidden charges, no "surprises". Brian's price was also hundreds of dollars less than the other contractors I had gotten quotes from.
